Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirmation of the reservation it is necessary that in a 48-hour period the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations without charge of No Show is allowed up to 07 days before the date of check in, cancellations after this deadline will be charged the value of 50% of the total value of the reservation.
