Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• This payment method is exclusive to companies and clients previously accredited by the hotel.

• The reservation is subject to approval and validation of the billing registration by the hotel.

• If the client does not have an approved registration or has outstanding financial obligations, the hotel may request another form of payment to guarantee the reservation.

• Expenses will be billed according to the commercial conditions previously agreed upon between the hotel and the responsible company.

• Expenses not authorized by the partner company, as well as extra consumption not included in the commercial agreement, must be paid by the guest at checkout.

• The hotel may request an authorization letter, billing order, or voucher containing the authorized expenses, according to the partner company's policy.

• In the absence of the necessary documentation or billing approval, the reservation may be canceled or converted to direct payment by the guest.

• The cancellation and no-show conditions stipulated for the contracted rate remain valid.

Cancellation Policies

REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS: Cancellations and changes to reservations made up to 72 hours before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made after this period will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's stay, and the remaining balance will not be charged. The charged amount will not be credited. Date changes are possible, provided the 72-hour check-in period is respected; otherwise, the aforementioned penalty will be charged. The client is also subject to fluctuating daily rates, and the same rate is not guaranteed for other periods.
