Cancellation Policies

RESERVATIONS WITH REFUNDABLE RATE: Cancellations and changes to reservations up to 24 hours before check-in are exempt from any charges. Cancellations and changes after this period, as a fine, will be charged 01 night and the remaining amount of the night will not be charged. The amount charged will not be credited. Dates can be rescheduled if the 24-hour check-in period is respected, otherwise the aforementioned fine will be charged. The customer is also subject to daily rate fluctuations, and the same rate is not guaranteed for other periods.
