Cash, bank transfer or pix (subject to proof and verification of payment with the financial sector), debit cards, cash credit cards, VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards in installments of up to 6 installments with a minimum installment of R$ 100.00 . To pay with a third-party credit card, a credit authorization form must be completed.

Cancellation Policies

REFUNDABLE RATE RESERVATIONS: Cancellations and changes to reservations made up to 24 hours before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made after this period will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's stay, and the remaining balance will not be charged. The charged amount will not be credited. Date changes are possible, provided the 24-hour check-in period is respected; otherwise, the aforementioned penalty will be charged. The client is also subject to fluctuating daily rates, and the same rate is not guaranteed for other periods.
