From December 20th to March 14th, second half of July and holidays (Except New Year's Eve) 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The guest can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 15 days of check-in, the amount paid is retained as a fine.

12/27/2025 - 1/2/2026

50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The guest can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before check-in. In case of cancellation within 21 days of check-in, the amount paid is retained as a fine.

On other dates:

From March 15th to December 20th – except for the second half of July and holidays: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The guest can cancel free of charge up to 03 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 03 days of check in, the amount paid is retained as a fine.

Cancellation free of charge up to 15 days before check-in

Policy applicable on dates: 12/27/2025 - 1/2/2026

From December 26th to January 1st 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The guest can cancel free of charge up to 21 days before check-in. In case of cancellation within 21 days of check-in, the amount paid is retained as a fine. IMPORTANT: For discounted reservations, the balance or full amount must be settled at check-in in cash - Credit, debit or bank deposit cards of any kind will not be accepted; Early departures: The total amount of the confirmed reservation will be charged; Non-refundable Flash Rates: Cannot be canceled free of charge, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged; NO-SHOW is considered when the guest does not arrive on the booked entry date. The apartment will be available until 12:00 on the day following the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the reservation will be considered NO-SHOW and automatically CANCELLED adopting the same procedure as the cancellation policy.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days before check-in.
