Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The customer must pay 100% of the total reservation amount within 24 hours of the reservation voucher being issued to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellations or changes involving refunds as outlined in the cancellation policy, the customer must contact the reservations department via email at [email protected] to request a refund.

Cancellation Policies

The Guest may cancel up to 03 days before the check-in date without any cost. In case of cancellations with less than 03 calendar days, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
