Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The customer must pay 100% of the total reservation amount within 24 hours of the reservation voucher being issued to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellations or changes involving refunds as outlined in the cancellation policy, the customer must contact the reservations department via email at [email protected] to request a refund.

Cancellation Policies

The guest may cancel up to 3 days before the check-in date without any charge. In case of cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
