METHODS OF PAYMENT Thinking about the agility and comfort of our guests, HOTEL 10 has no check-out! To make this advantage possible, daily rates are charged in advance, including the consumption of convenience items, laundry and various meals. We accept credit and debit cards. Billing may be authorized for companies with demand after credit and document analysis. Consult us before making the reservation. We do not accept checks.

Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL OF RESERVATIONS
1 - Refundable Reservation
The customer makes the purchase and can cancel 24 hours in advance of their check-in date (entry). A pre-authorization will be made (blocking the amount on the credit card) referring to the amount of the first night. The charge will be made at check-in (check in).
2 - Non-Refundable Reservation
In periods of major events or season, the charge will be made at the time of purchase and the total amount of the reservation will be debited from the card. This reservation cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
3 - Reservation Cancellation
Cancellation must be requested by email. Cancellation by phone or instant text message communication device will not be accepted.
