METHODS OF PAYMENT Thinking about the agility and comfort of our guests, HOTEL 10 has no check-out! To make this advantage possible, daily rates are charged in advance, including the consumption of convenience items, laundry and various meals. We accept credit and debit cards. Billing may be authorized for companies with demand after credit and document analysis. Consult us before making the reservation. We do not accept checks.
Cancellation Policies
Conditions:
1 - Refundable Reservation - Flexible
The guest makes the purchase and can cancel until 6:00 PM on the check-in date. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize (block the amount on the credit card) the amount of the first night's stay. The charge will be made at check-in.
2 - Reservation Cancellation
Cancellation must be requested by email. Cancellations by phone or text messaging will not be accepted.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE
1 - Reservation with No-Show Guarantee
Reservations with a no-show guarantee can be canceled until 6:00 PM on the check-in date. After this deadline, the equivalent of one night's stay will be charged, and the amount cannot be credited for future stays. In the case of non-refundable reservations, the advance charge and the full amount for the period remain. Reservations with a no-show guarantee remain active in the system until 11:00 AM the day after the guest's check-in date.
2 – Reservations without a no-show guarantee
Reservations without a no-show guarantee are automatically canceled at 6:00 PM on the day of the guest's check-in to make the apartment available for sale to another guest.
