• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
• The payment method selected on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. In case of no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night's stay will be charged.

[General Rules of Intercity Hotels]

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the hotel. We do not offer extra beds.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in from 2 PM. Check-out until 12 PM.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and additional charges: Check-in before 6 AM: full day's charge. Check-in between 6 AM and 2 PM: half day's charge. Check-out between 12 PM and 6 PM: half day's charge. Check-out after 6 PM: full day's charge.

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, directly with reception or the Reservations Center.

[Policy for Minors Under 18]

According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Federal Law No. 8.069/1990), minors under 18 years of age may only stay if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

At check-in, it is mandatory to present an official photo ID of the minor and the guardians.

If the minor is with a guardian who is not a parent, written authorization from the parents is required, with notarized signatures.

Children up to 7 years old who sleep in the same bed as their parents have complimentary accommodation and breakfast.

We do not provide extra beds. For other configurations, please consult the reception or Reservations Center.

[Pet Friendly Policy]

We accept up to 1 medium-sized pet (up to 25 kg and 60 cm tall) or up to 3 small pets, with a total weight of up to 25 kg.

The daily rate for pets starts at R$ 70.00, and may vary depending on the unit. Confirm the price with the Reservations Center.
Mandatory rules for pet-friendly accommodations:
Present an updated vaccination card at check-in.
Sign the liability waiver upon arrival.
Pets are only allowed in the apartments.
In common areas and elevators, keep your pet on a leash or use appropriate carriers/bags.
Cleaning up after your pet is the responsibility of the pet owner.
In case of damage to the furniture, the responsible party will be charged for the necessary repairs.

[Romantic/Honeymoon Package Policy]

Payments must be made in advance, with the total charge applied to the card provided at the time of booking. If the card is not approved, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

Promotional package prices are not valid for group bookings.
Accommodations included in packages include only 1 night, with the corresponding services and decoration items.

The credit card provided in the reservation is used only as a guarantee, with no advance charge. Payment will be made at the hotel upon check-in.

Credit card payments can be made in up to 3 installments without interest, according to the minimum value per installment and the operator's rules.

[Cancellation Policy]

Cancellations without penalty must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the check-in date and time.

In case of no-show, a full day's rate will be charged, and the value of the first day, plus taxes, will not be refunded.

Non-refundable reservations do not allow cancellation, changes, or refunds. The total cost of the accommodation will be charged in full.

Parking spaces are available on-site, subject to availability at check-in.
