• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
• The payment method selected on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express, Pix or bank deposit.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. In case of no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night's stay will be charged.

[General Rules of Intercity Hotels]

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the hotel. We do not offer extra beds.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 12:00 PM.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and additional charges: Check-in before 6:00 AM: 1 full-night charge. Check-in between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM: 1/2-day charge. Check-out between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM: 1/2-day charge. Check-out after 6:00 PM: 1 full-night charge.

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, directly with the front desk or the Reservations Center.

[Policy for Minors Under 18 Years Old]

According to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Federal Law No. 8,069/1990), minors under 18 years of age may only stay with their parents or legal guardians.
At check-in, an official photo ID for the minor and their guardians is required.
If the minor is accompanied by a guardian other than their father or mother, written authorization from the parents, notarized, is required.
Children up to 7 years old who sleep in the same bed as their parents receive complimentary accommodation and breakfast.
We do not provide extra beds. For other accommodation options, please contact the front desk or Reservations Center.

[Pet-Friendly Policy]

We accept up to 1 medium-sized pet (up to 25 kg and 60 cm tall) or up to 3 small pets, with a total weight of up to 25 kg.
The daily rate for pets starts at R$70.00 and may vary by unit. Please confirm the price with the Reservations Center.
Mandatory rules for staying with pets:
Present an up-to-date vaccination card at check-in.
Sign a liability waiver upon arrival.
Pets are only allowed in the apartments.
In common areas and elevators, keep your pet on a leash or use appropriate carriers/bags.
Cleanup is the owner's responsibility.
If there is damage to furniture, the owner will be charged for any necessary repairs.

[Romantic/Wedding Package Policy]

Payments must be made in advance, with the full amount charged to the card provided at the time of booking. If the card is not approved, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
For other payment methods, please contact the Reservations Center.
Promotional package rates are not valid for group reservations.
Accommodations that include packages include only one night, with corresponding services and decor items.

[Cancellation Policy]

Cancellations without penalty must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the check-in date and time.
In case of no-show, a full daily rate will be charged, and the first night's rate, plus taxes, will not be refunded.
Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. The full amount of the stay will be charged.

[Parking]

Parking spaces are available on site, subject to availability at check-in.
The rate is R$ per day, per car.
