To confirm and guarantee your reservation, a 100% prepayment of the total accommodation cost is required.
Payment must be made within the deadline indicated at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
This policy may apply during promotional periods, high occupancy, holidays, events, and for non-refundable rates.
Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
The payment method selected on the website is only for reservation guarantee purposes. No amount will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation.

Non-refundable rate: cancellations or changes are not permitted, and in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
