Payment Policy - Non-Refundable Rate:
This rate is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, change of date, number of people or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged in full.
Important: By confirming your reservation, you automatically agree to the payment conditions and the non-refund policy.
Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
The payment method selected on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation. Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express, Pix or bank deposit
Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable rate: cancellations or changes are not allowed, and in case of no-show, the full accommodation cost will be charged.
On other dates:Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. In case of no-show, the equivalent of the first night's stay will be charged.
