• The credit card entered at the time of booking is only for guarantee purposes. The booking will be charged to this card 7 days after the booking is completed.
• If the card is invalid, the booking will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
• NATIONAL OPERATORS: Billing through registration approved with the hotel. If the operator does not have a clear registration, prepayment of the reservation will be requested for confirmation.
• INTERNATIONAL OPERATORS: Payment via credit card.

Non-refundable rate: cancellations or changes are not permitted, and in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
On other dates:Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. In case of no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night's stay will be charged.
