Reservations with check-in during Carnival, New Year's Eve and special dates, full payment in advance is mandatory and is irrevocable. (Amount non-refundable).
"Non-refundable" amounts, cancellation/modification of the reservation is not permitted and the full price of the accommodation will be charged.

• NATIONAL OPERATORS: Billing through registration approved with the hotel. If the operator does not have a clear registration, prepayment of the reservation will be requested for confirmation.

• Cancellation without penalty/charge must be made up to 24 hours before check-in
