Cancellation is free up to 14 days before the date of arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations up to 13 days before the date of arrival at the hotel will not be charged a fine.
Cancellations lasting more than 14 days from the check-in date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Please note that for the "Last minute", "Offer of the Day" and "Non-refundable" plans, in case of cancellation, no-show and/or changes, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
On other dates:
If you cancel up to 3 days before arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel late or in case of no-show, you will be charged a percentage of 100% of the first night in the case of flexible reservations and 100% of the total reservation amount in the case of "non-refundable" reservations.
Withdrawal after check in will be charged the full amount of the contracted accommodation, without any type of refund, refund or credit.
