This rate is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, change of date, number of people or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged in full.

• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
The payment method selected on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation.
Accepted payment methods: Credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express, Pix or bank deposit.
Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation and Changes
Reservations made with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or changed in dates or number of people. If a change is necessary, the difference in the rate will be charged.
• No Show
In the event of a no-show on the date of the reservation (No Show), the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Important: By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions above.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. In case of no-show, the equivalent of the first night's stay will be charged.
