The amount will be processed on the credit card, 7 days after the reservation is completed. The card entered at the time of the reservation is only to guarantee the reservation, payment will only be made 7 days after the purchase. If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice.
On other dates:
• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
The payment method selected on the website is for reservation guarantee purposes only. No fees will be charged upon confirmation.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and American Express credit and debit cards, Pix, or bank deposit.

• Non-refundable amounts | Cancellation and changes to the reservation will not be permitted and the full amount of the accommodation will be charged.
On other dates:
• Cancellation without penalty/charge must be made up to 24 hours before check-in
• In case of no-show, the full amount for the first night will be charged.
