In case of cancellation, change or no-show, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
No changes to dates or conditions are allowed after booking confirmation.

• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
• The payment method selected on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank deposit, credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express.

Non-Refundable Policy
• Cancellation and Changes
Reservations made with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or changed in dates or number of people. If a change is necessary, the difference in the rate will be charged.
• No Show
In case of no-show on the date of the reservation (No Show), the total amount of the stay will be charged.
Important: By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions above.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. In case of no-show, the equivalent of the first night's stay will be charged.
