Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• Only credit cards will be accepted as a form of payment.
• Rentals will be charged in full at the time of booking for rental periods of up to 30 days.
• For stays beyond 30 (thirty) days, the charge will be made 5 (five) days before the start date of the next cycle of 30 (thirty) days or residual and so on.
• In case of refusal of payment by the system, due to the credit card, the renter is responsible for taking the appropriate measures to make payment within 24 hours, under penalty of contract termination.

Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation without penalty/charge must be made up to 24 hours before check-in
• In case of no-show (NO SHOW) the total amount for the first night will be charged

• For any changes and cancellations to reservations made, check availability with the Reservations Center, with cancellation fees charged, described below. If a full or partial refund is available, it can be made within 30 days.
• FULL REFUND: In the event of cancellations within 07 (seven) days of the reservation date, the refund will be full, as long as the reservation is made equal to or greater than 07 (seven) days in advance of the booking date. check in. If Cityhome cancels a confirmed reservation, the user will receive a full refund of the reservation, without any fines or fees.
• PARTIAL REFUND: If the renter requests to cancel the reservation within a period of more than 07 (seven) days, counting from the date of purchase, or after check-in, the refund will be partial, applying the cancellation fees as below.
• SHORT RENTAL CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be canceled after a period of 07 (seven) days from the date of purchase or up to 07 (seven) days before check-in, upon payment of a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation value . If a cancellation is requested less than 5 days before check-in, the full amount will be charged. If the tenant is already occupying the property and decides to leave early, 50% of the residual value will be refunded.
• LONG LEASE CANCELLATIONS: Cases of LONG LEASE are governed by Law No. 8,245/01, however, with a fine from now on, stipulated in the amount corresponding to 30 days. In other words, the customer will be exempt from the fine if the property is returned at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date. In the absence of notice, the amount corresponding to 30 days will be charged.
