Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy:
 Up to 45 days prior to check-in, full refund;
 Up to 30 days prior to check-in, fine of one daily rate with credit transfer to another available period.
 Up to 15 days prior to check-in or for packages during high season, national holidays and New Year's Eve: total loss of the reservation deposit.
 No-show fee for the entire package will be charged in case of no-show on the reserved date.

Included in each daily: - 02 day trips and 01 night tour; - Full board (01 lunch / 01 dinner and 01 crooked break - typical Pantanal breakfast) - Overnight in apartment with box beds / air conditioning / minibar and WC; - Accompaniment of the Pantaneiros Guides (Portuguese language) - Insurance of the tours The ORDER OF ACTIVITIES IS DEFINED BY THE POUSE ACCORDING TO OPERATING AND / OR CLIMATE CONDITIONS.
