Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that 100% of the total amount be paid in advance by card up to 60 days before check-in to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy • Cancellations or changes to reservations more than 60 days from the check-in date: 100% refund of the advance amount. • Cancellations or changes to reservations less than 60 days from the check-in date: A fee of 100% of the total period of stay will be charged. • The amount relating to the stay subtracted from the cancellation or change fee will be available for reimbursement within 60 days after the reservation cancellation request is formalized.
