Cancellation Deadline. Your cancellation is free up to 14 days from the date of check in. After that date we charge 30% of the total value of the reservations. 1- The refunds due will be through deposits in the bank account of the holder of the reservation, within a period of 07 days (being Banco Itau) or 15 days (other banks being) counted from the date of issue (information by e-mail) of the number of the account to be credited. In case of reservation paid with credit card, the chargeback is made after confirmation of the incarceration, with the confirmation period according to the operator of the card. 2- We guarantee the published or documented information. In the presence of all guests (Reserve Components) before Check-in. They will be able to inspect the Pousada Doce Cabana and its Suites and check if everything is agreed, otherwise, we can cancel the reservation with the full return of the amount deposited. 3- Any disagreement of the combined or of our lodging norms after the Check-in, will not give right to return the deposit or the Non payment of stays consumed. After check in there is NO refund of canceled nights. 4- Check-in from 14:00 hours and Check-out before 12:00 hours. We can accept guests' entry shortly before Check in if availability is available. The departure after the check-out time, will result in charges of Extra Hours, and can only be made with the permission of the Management. 5 - The services of tours and transfers are sold by third parties, and Pousada Doce Cabana does not have responsibility for them. 6- Our parking is free, Pousada Doce Cabana has no responsibility for the vehicles parked there. 7- The Forum of the Municipality of IPOJUCA - PE (Headquarters of the Pousada Doce Cabana) is elected between the parties, for any divergence arising from this contract, leaving aside any other Forum, however privileged it may be.
