Cancellation Policies
We accept cancellations up to 30 days prior to guest arrival, with a full refund. Cancellations made up to 15 days prior will result in the amount being credited towards a new reservation at the updated rate (valid for 12 months). Cancellations made less than 15 days prior will not be refunded. In case of no-show, the advance payment will not be refunded. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation and expires without prior notice.
