Unbeatable or promotional rate: The reservation can be guaranteed with a credit card (provided at the time of booking) or with full prepayment via bank transfer.

Payment can be made as follows:

 Credit card: provide the card number, expiry date and security code.

- For reservations made in advance, we accept the transactions below only for BRAZILIAN ACCOUNTS.

The reservation must be GUARANTEED through full payment within 48 hours of confirmation being sent.

Extra charges cannot be paid in installments. We do not offer installment payments on international credit cards.

Please note that the card used for the purchase and confirmation of the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the required documentation.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy – Packages

The deadline for cancellation without penalty for this reservation is up to 30 business days before the arrival date.

For reservations not cancelled within the deadline, cancelled outside the established period or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty. Exceptions must be dealt with directly with the Reservations team.

Changes and Cancellations Outside the Deadline
If there is a need to change or cancel outside the deadline, the amount paid will not be refunded, but converted to credit for future use.

The credit will be valid for 01 year from the original reservation date.

The new reservation must be made through the same agency that issued the original reservation, using the Non-Refundable rate.

Rebooking is subject to hotel availability, especially during holidays and high season.

There may be adjustments in the daily rates, up or down, depending on the new date chosen.

To use the credit, it will be necessary to make a new reservation.
Cancellations due to weather conditions will not be accepted

Cancellation Deadline with Credit
Cancellation with conversion of the amount paid into credit must be requested at least 72 business hours before the arrival date.

Cancellations outside this deadline will only be accepted upon presentation of a medical certificate with CID.
Cancellations within 7 days after purchase, in accordance with the Repentance Law, will be 100% refunded.

On other dates:

Flexible cancellation policy, the deadline for cancellation without penalty for this reservation is up to 7 business days before the arrival date.
For reservations not cancelled, or cancelled after the deadline, the first night will be charged as a no-show (no-show). Exceptions can be made directly with our Reservations team.
For cancellations during the COVID-19 period, if the reservation is cancelled or the city has strict isolation measures in place in which the hotel is unable to receive guests, the amount paid as a guarantee of the reservation will be converted into credit for a new stay. This credit is valid for 1 year from the original reservation date. Rescheduling is entirely subject to the hotel's availability and must be respected during holiday periods and high season, and the daily rate may be higher or lower.
