Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Unbeatable or promotional rate: The reservation can be guaranteed with a credit card (provided at the time of booking) or with full prepayment via bank transfer.
Payment can be made as follows:
Credit card: provide the card number, expiry date and security code.
- For reservations made in advance, we accept the transactions below only for BRAZILIAN ACCOUNTS.
The reservation must be GUARANTEED through full payment within 48 hours of confirmation being sent.
Payment can be made in the following ways:

Bank transfer and deposit at branches and ATMs (Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM – with 72 hours notice).

-> If this is not fulfilled, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Cancelled.
Extra charges cannot be paid in installments. We do not offer installment payments on international credit cards.
Please note that the card used for the purchase and confirmation of the reservation must be presented at check-in, along with the required documentation.
Cancellation Policies
RESERVATION CHARGES AND PAYMENT
All promotional reservations will be charged immediately upon confirmation.
Payment for this reservation may be made by the Hotel at any time after the reservation is finalized.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In case of changes or cancellations, the amount paid will not be refunded, but converted into credit for future use.
This credit is valid for 1 year from the original reservation date.
Rescheduling is subject to Hotel availability, taking into account holiday periods and peak season.
There may be adjustments to the daily rates, both upwards and downwards, depending on the new date chosen.
In cases of changes or cancellations, a new reservation must be made.
*Cancellations outside the Deadline and No-Shows*
For reservations not cancelled or cancelled outside the stipulated deadline, the total value of the reservation will be charged (considered a no-show).
Cancellations due to weather conditions will not be accepted.
*Deadline for Cancellation with Credit*
Cancellations with conversion of the amount paid into credit for future stays must be made up to 72 business hours in advance of the arrival date.
Cancellations outside this deadline for rescheduling are only accepted with a medical certificate and ICD code.
Cancellations under the right of withdrawal law will be accepted up to 7 days after purchase.
