Cancellation Policies
Change or Cancellation within 30 days of guest entry, full refund. Due to the difficulty of reallocating reservations within less than 30 days of the date, cancellations/changes made less than 30 days before the entry date of the guest's reservation will not be refunded the amount of the reservation. There will be no reimbursement in case of loss of daily rates arising from problems with air transport, whether due to problems with the airline or weather conditions. In the case of payment of the reservation made via credit card, Pousada do Vale reserves the right to deduct from the amount to reimburse the guest the costs of administration fees charged by the card administrators. The costs of international transfers will be discounted. This cancellation policy is not valid for the New Year package.
