• In the event of early departure of the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid;
Up to 60 days before check-in: Full refund. From 59 to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund. Up to 29 days before check-in: No refund. High season, Carnival and New Year's Eve: No refund of amounts paid.

Full board: Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner. Please inform us in advance if you require a vegetarian, vegan or special diet in case of allergies or intolerances to any food when booking

The Uiara Amazon Resort in Manaus offers two transfer services, land and river. The first is by car from the Hotel/Eduardo Gomes Airport to the resort's private pier, and the second by speedboat to the Uiara Amazon Resort, totaling 40 minutes. The van will be available at the airport from 9:30 am to pick up those arriving between 9:00 am and 10:00 am, leaving the airport at 10:30 am. From September to February, during the dry season, a short walk along the beach to the hotel may be necessary; it is recommended to inform about mobility restrictions in advance. Accommodation Policy
For guests, the meal plan is Full Board, including breakfast (buffet served in the restaurant), lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are charged separately.
Check in at 12:30 pm with lunch included.
Check out at 10:30 am (lunch not included).
In case of check-out before the scheduled date, there will be no reduction or refund of amounts.
Free Policy:
A child up to 5 years old is considered free of charge and will be accommodated in the same bed as the parents. (From the second child onwards, the extra bed fee will be charged according to the current rate)
From 6 to 11 years old, the extra bed fee will be charged according to the current rate. (From the second child onwards, the extra bed fee will be charged as an adult)
From 12 years old, the extra bed fee will be charged as an adult.
Minors Accommodation Policy
In compliance with the provisions of the ECA (State Health and Adolescents’ Constitution) as per Law No. 8.69/199, of July 13, 1990, it is prohibited to accommodate children or adolescents in hotels, motels, guesthouses or similar establishments, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Send proof of payment to the reservations department up to 60 days before check-in.
It is the guest’s sole responsibility to comply with our payment schedule, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled. If the deadline is a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday or holiday), confirmations or payments must be made on the previous business day, before 5:00 p.m.
We do not accept cash or check payments for any of the Resort’s services.
