Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy: In compliance with the rules established by the sector agency, EMBRATUR, in accordance with Normative Deliberation No. 165/95, proceed as follows: • In case of early departure from the contracted daily rates, there will be no refund of the amount paid; • Art. 49. The consumer may withdraw from the contract, within a period of up to 7 days after purchasing the reservation, provided that the request is sent before 48 hours before check-in.
