Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
When making a reservation, payment must be made 50% of the amount via credit card. The remaining 50% must be paid at check in using the same card as the purchase. The card used to pay for the reservation must be presented at check-in along with the card holder's documentation, whether the card holder or companion. Third party credit cards will not be accepted. Payment in installments upon consultation with our reservation center. For last minute bookings, payment will be made at check in.

Low Season Policy - 7 Days:
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.

High Season Rate - 14 days
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.
