For these periods, reservations will only be made upon full prepayment at the time of booking.

On other dates:

- After making the reservation, the credit card details are automatically processed according to the total amount of accommodation and installments defined by the guest. If the card is not authorized, the reservation will not be confirmed; - IMPORTANT: We inform that we will not accept reservations with a third party card, that is, the cardholder must be the same holder of the reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY - HOLIDAYS:
- Our cancellation deadline is up to 14 days before check-in;
- In case of cancellation within the stipulated period, we will cancel the reservation free of charge;
- In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged.

On other dates:

- Reservations can be canceled without charge up to 03 (three) business days prior to the check-in date; - In case of non-attendance or cancellation after the deadline, a fine corresponding to the first night's fee will be charged; - For special periods (New Year's Eve and Carnival) we only work with non-refundable rates, that is, we do not carry out reversal of reservation values ​​in cases of non-attendance or cancellation.
