Required official documents: Children under 18 years old are not allowed to stay without their parents or guardian. It is necessary to present the identification document of both the minors and their parents at the time of check-in. The guardian appointed by the parents must provide written authorization from one of them (notarized signature).

Our check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact the reservations center to check the prices.

Cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before the check-in time may be made free of charge. Cancellations, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
