Sound in the pool: it is forbidden to carry portable speakers in the pool. Payment methods: cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Hipercard, and ELO), pix and bank transfer (the last two at least one week in advance). We don't accept pix and bank transfer on weekends. We do not accept checks and foreign currencies. Smokers: according to the law, smoking is not allowed on the premises of the hotel, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00. LGPD: We ensure the privacy of data provided by guests. Camera monitoring is for the safety of guests, visitors and employees. Images are protected by law. Policy for minors unaccompanied by parents: Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian, carrying a letter authorizing the accommodation of the minor along with the name of the guardian, the letter must be notarized in accordance with federal law 8,069/1990. The letter must be together with a copy of the ID of the minor's legal parents. Only the travel authorization will be accepted, it is necessary to carry the ACCOMMODATION authorization.
