If the payment is not identified, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 5/21/2026 - 1/2/2028

Reservation cancellation, no-show and departure
anticipated
a) in case of cancellation, a fine will be charged according to the following
criteria:
- 10% of the amount paid, if the cancellation is made 31 days or more before the
check in;
- 20% of the amount paid, if the cancellation is made between 30 and 21 days before the
check in;
- 30% of the amount paid, if the cancellation is made between 20 and 11 days before the
check in;
- 50% of the amount paid, if the cancellation is made between 10 and 1 day before the
check in;
b) in case of no-show for accommodation, the fine will be 100% of the
amount paid.
c) in case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
