After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that, within 24 hours, the payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is made to guarantee the block of the apartment, either via Credit Card or Bank Deposit, being able to pay the total amount to the credit card in installments up to 10 times without interest on credit card. The remaining amount will be charged at check-out

If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

The remainder of the payment must be made at Check-In, in cash or Card.

Cancellation Policies

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE:
The total cost of accommodation will be charged at the time of booking and this rate does not allow cancellation or changes. If this happens, the total amount paid will be retained as a fine.

Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show":
• Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.

Withdrawal after entry:
• Canceling your stay upon arrival or after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TO NEW DAILY DAYS, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily
