It is necessary for the guest to provide credit card details to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If guests choose to pay via bank deposit, they must pay 50% of the total amount up to 72 hours before check-in.
For reservations of just one night, 100% of the total reservation amount must be paid.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 2 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the first night.
