Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Reservations for stays in February, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, and November that do not fall on national holidays: Free cancellation up to 45 (forty-five) days before check-in.
Reservations for stays in January, July, or December or that fall on national holidays (including Carnival, Christmas, and New Year's Eve): Free cancellation up to 60 (sixty) days before check-in.
After the aforementioned deadlines or in the event of a no-show, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Reservation cancellations must be requested by the reservation holder, sent from the same email address used for the original reservation, to [email protected].
Cancellations of reservations made during Black Friday must be requested by the reservation holder, sent from the same email address used for the original reservation, to [email protected]. For reservations canceled within the aforementioned timeframes, refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment method. Credit cards: refunds will be requested within 10 (ten) business days of the request, and credit will be processed according to the issuing bank's rules. Pix or deposit: refunds will be made within 10 (ten) business days of the request.
