Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for reservations made through the hotel's website can be paid by credit card or bank deposit. In case of payment via card, we accept the main brands: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Elo, Hipercard and Dinners. It is possible to install the reserves in installments above R $ 500.00. For deposit, the total amount of the reservation must be deposited in the account below:

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation can be made, free of charge, up to 5 days before check in. The customer will receive a letter of credit of the amount paid and not used, which must be taken up to 18 months after the date of the previously booked stay.
