Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Full payment of the daily rate plus 5% ISS at the time of booking. This condition applies to reservations with promotional rates, holidays and major events. Changes to the Check In (Check In) and Check Out (Check Out) dates will not be allowed. No refunds or credits will be due from the hotel for other bookings. Check the tariff rules of your reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Package reservations and/or non-refundable rates, for which the Hotel has already charged the total period of accommodation at the time of booking, cancellation will only be allowed up to 7 calendar days from the date of making the reservation (payment made) provided that the scheduled Check In (arrival) date of the reservation is less than 30 calendar days and/or at the discretion of the hotel.
