Deposit / Guarantee Policies

A daily rate plus 5% vate is paid as a guarantee and confirmation of the reservation. Payment arrangements will be stated in the reservation request. The reservation will only be confirmed after payment.

Cancellation Policies

The deadline for cancelling a reservation with a refundable rate is up to 48 hours before the day and time (2pm) of check-in (arrival). After this period, the penalty will be one daily fee plus 5% ISS, an amount already prepaid at the time of booking.
