Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
PRIVATE RESERVATIONS: Direct payment at the hotel at check-in // PIX: payments are only accepted via pix from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will not receive payment per photo after 5pm and on weekends. // BILLED: for companies that have an approved registration with Rede Samba. Billing prior approved registration of the operator at the hotel. If you do not have a free registration, you will be asked to prepay the reservation as a guarantee. Contact the hotel for terms and conditions of payment. // We do not accept checks.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation must be requested within 48 hours before the date of entry, request must be sent by email. After this period, 1 night will be charged as a penalty for cancellations or changes.
