Deposit / Guarantee Policies

All reservations require a credit card as a guarantee.

PIX: Payments via Pix will only be accepted from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We will not accept payments via Pix after 5:00 PM or on weekends.

INVOICED: Exclusive to companies with approved registration in the Samba Network. Invoicing is subject to prior approval of the operator's registration with the hotel.

We do not accept checks.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations or changes must be requested up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date via email. After this deadline, a penalty of one night's stay will be charged.

In case of no-show, a penalty of one night's stay will be charged.
