PRIVATE RESERVATIONS: Direct payment at the hotel upon check-in // PIX: payments via pix can only be accepted from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will not receive payment via pix after 5:00 pm and during weekends. // INVOICED: for companies that have approved registration with Rede Samba. Billing upon approved registration of the operator with the hotel. If your registration is not cleared, you will be asked to pre-pay the reservation to guarantee it. Please contact the hotel to check payment terms and conditions. // We do not accept checks.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation must be requested 48 hours in advance of the arrival date, the request must be sent by email. After this period, 1 night will be charged as a fine for cancellations or changes.
