We will not receive payment via pix after 17:00 and during weekends. // BILLED: for companies that have an approved registration on Rede Samba. Cancellation Policies

Cancellation must be requested 48 hours in advance of the entry date, request must be sent by email. After this period, 1 night will be charged as a penalty for cancellations or changes.
