Deposit / Guarantee Policies

PRIVATE RESERVATIONS: PIX: payments via pix can only be accepted from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will not accept payments via pix after 5:00 pm and during the weekends. // INVOICED: for companies that have an approved registration with Rede Samba. Invoicing upon approved registration of the operator with the hotel. If the registration is not approved, prepayment of the reservation will be requested as a guarantee. Please contact the hotel to check payment terms and conditions. // We do not accept checks.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be requested 48 hours in advance of the check-in date. Requests must be sent by email. After this period, a fine of 1 night's stay will be charged for cancellations or changes.

A no-show fee of 1 night is guaranteed for low season reservations and 2 nights for high season reservations.

In the case of reservations involving more than one apartment or housing unit, the no-show fee will be based on the number of nights for each apartment.
