Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Cancellations must be requested 48 hours in advance of the check-in date. The request must be sent by email. After this period, a fee of 1 night will be charged as a fine for cancellations or changes.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations and changes of reservation will be accepted with 12:0 am in advance.

In case of no-show or cancellation after the deadline (12:0 am in advance), the Hotel Continental Porto Alegre reserves the right to charge/debit the amount equivalent to the first day.

IMPORTANT: for bookings with NON-REFUNDABLE policy, do not apply the cancellation conditions given for the other tariffs. As the name suggests, there is no possibility of refund/cancellation to this booking type. The charge applies to the entire period reserved.
