PRIVATE RESERVATIONS: Payment directly to the hotel upon check-in // PIX: payments via pix may only be accepted from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will not accept payments via pix after 5:00 pm and on weekends. // INVOICED: for companies that have an approved registration with Rede Samba. Invoicing upon approved registration of the operator with the hotel. If registration is not approved, prepayment of the reservation will be requested as a guarantee. Please contact the hotel to check payment terms and conditions. // We do not accept checks.

- Cancellation/Change (Refundable Rate): Must be requested 48 hours in advance of the check-in date, request must be sent by email. After this period, 1 night's stay will be charged as a fine for cancellations or changes.
