Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Period with full prepayment in advance. It cannot be canceled or changed. To guarantee and confirm your reservation, you must provide your credit card details. The credit card provided must be the same as that of the reservation holder. The credit card provided must be presented at check-in for verification. Resale Prohibition: The reservation holder is not authorized to resell his reservation to third parties. Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the holder's personal use. Any attempt to resell will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation Policies
Period with total prepayment upfront. Cannot be cancelled or changed. There will be a charge of 100% of the reservation in case of cancellation.
General Policy
Check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. A cleaning fee equivalent to the value of one night's stay will be applied, according to the daily rate.
A security deposit of R$ 150.00 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out.
