Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee and confirm your reservation, you must provide your credit card information. The credit card used as guarantee for the reservation must be the same as the cardholder who made the reservation, and a pre-authorization for the first night's stay will be charged.

The credit card used as guarantee must be presented at check-in for verification.

No Resale:

The reservation holder is not authorized to resell their reservation to third parties.
Reservations made at our establishment are exclusively for the personal use of the reservation holder.
Any attempt to resell the reservation will result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance.
For reservations with a no-show guarantee, the first night's rate will be charged in case of no-show or late cancellation.
