Deposit / Guarantee Policies

6/2/2026 - 12/19/2026

Guest will be charged 100% prepayment 14 days prior to arrival.

12/20/2026 - 3/31/2027

Guest will be charged 100% prepayment 60 days prior to arrival.

On other dates:

Guests must provide valid credit card information to guarantee the reservation.
The credit card will be pre-authorized or charged with the full amount of the stay to guarantee the reservation after 5 pm prior to check-in.
If the guest does not show up (no-show) or cancels the reservation after the established deadline, the pre-authorized or charged amount will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 4/20/2018 - 12/19/2018
9/25/2020 - 12/19/2020

100% prepayment of the total reservation amount. Cancellations or date changes can be made free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. Changes are subject to availability and any applicable fare differences. After this period, in case of cancellation, change, or no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be retained. Early departures do not entitle you to a refund or credit for unused days.

Policy applicable on dates: 12/20/2020 - 3/31/2021

The guest must pay the full amount of 100% in case of cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival.

On other dates:

CANCELLATION AND/OR CHANGES DO NOT ALLOW. IN THE EVENT OF A NO SHOW, THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED.
