Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Direct payment at check-in - Credit card details must be provided to guarantee the reservation. The reservation will be guaranteed until 2:00 pm on the day of check-in.
Payment must be made at check-in.
Credit card details must be provided to guarantee the reservation.
Payment by deposit must be made up to 72 hours before check-in.
Invoiced Payment - Upon consultation with Serasa and release of registration by the financial department for the company and/or operator.

Cancellation Policies

El huésped deberá abonar el importe total de la reserva si cancela en cualquier momento. En caso de no presentarse, deberá abonar el importe total de la reserva.

"NO SHOW": En caso de no presentarse, se cobrará el importe total de las noches reservadas.

LAS RESERVAS SIN GARANTÍA solo se garantizarán hasta las 16:00 h del día de llegada.

Durante eventos especiales y festivos, se podrá aplicar una GARANTÍA IRREVOCABLE DE NO SHOW y se cobrará el importe total de la reserva.
