The total amount of the reservation + fees will be charged to the credit card provided 30 days before check-in. For payment via Pix (key 81071623001129), proof of payment must be sent to [email protected] at the time of the transfer so that the deposit can be added to the reservation.

On other dates:

To guarantee a reservation or for non-refundable rates a credit card number must be provided.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 4/8/2026 - 4/12/2026

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. After this period, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

On other dates:

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before check-in. After this period, a daily rate plus fees will be charged.
